This is one of the easiest mission in MGS-PW but just in case Miller is not accepting your shots then this post will help.
Just take a photo of the commander while he's doing this (can be close-up or a full-body shot). He has to be doing this exact pose -> wherein he's squatting and has the gun held up like this.
